The Greater Keller Women’s Club Foundation was established in 1996 and received 501(c)(3) status in order to facilitate their partnership with the Greater Keller Women’s Club.  It is the goal of the Foundation to assist the Club in its endeavors to provide assistance to worthy charitable organizations serving the needs of Keller and the Greater Tarrant County area.

Their mission is to provide educational scholarships, assist in the support of the elderly and underprivileged of the community and Northeast Tarrant County.

As a result of the 2010 Garden of Roses Fashion Show, $ 77,000 was awarded to KISD scholarship recipients and non-profit organizations in Keller and Tarrant County.

The Foundation also benefits from the club members’ use of the Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Program and the Tom Thumb Good Neighbor cards. 

The Foundation recognizes exceptional service of club members who have made major contributions of time and effort in furthering the success of the Fashion Show by awarding such individuals with their Gladys Barrett Award.  To date, seven members have received this prestigious award.  This coveted award is named after a dedicated Greater Keller Women’s Club member who was instrumental in establishing the Foundation and serving on its Board for many years.
