Friendship Committee

• Recognizes GKWC member’s birthdays by posting in monthly newsletter and also on the GKWC Facebook page.
• Recognizes joys, illness, surgeries, births or deaths, by card, and when appropriate, place the member’s news in the Friendship article in the newsletter. 
• Friendship Chair coordinates a donation to a designated organization upon the death of a member or in the immediate family of a GKWC member.
• A Care and Concern Committee has recently been established to provide meals or special needs of members upon request.

This is a great opportunity to help those in our Women's Club when they need it most.....

HOW?

• Bring meals when needed to members of GKWC and their families.  (sickness, surgery, new baby..)
• Provide help with transportation if needed.

WHEN, WHERE AND WHY!

• Support our members when help or encouragement is needed.
