Membership
We have a wonderful mission statement, but generally we let people know we are a social club with a purpose. We like to have fun and help others. We have luncheons and evening meetings, play games, pick up trash, earn money for charities, have a Garden of Roses Fundraiser every year for our big fundraiser, and we have a constant thread running through our minds in everything we do: we know at the end of the day, all monies we make through volunteering and the Garden of Roses Fundraiser will be given to women and children in need, as well as various community projects. The social aspect of the club creates relationships that enable us to help each other when a need arises.
Frequently Asked Questions
If your question about membership is not answered here, please email our membership chair at [email protected]. We hope you will attend our next function and check us out!
I already know I want to join, how do I do that?
The membership application is available by clicking here or you can pick one up at one of the monthly meetings.
Do you have to live in Keller to be a part of the Greater Keller Women’s club?
No. Greater Keller includes Keller and all surrounding towns. Your address can say Ft. Worth, Dallas, Roanoke, or Columbus, Ohio, and you would be welcomed. Everyone is welcome.
Is it a just a bunch of old biddies that get together as a social club?
No. Well, yes and no. We have some ladies in the retirement stage, however they are often our most lively and enjoyable friends! We have ladies from all stages and ages, socio-economic ranges, and incredible variability in lifestyle, and talents. It is a really cool group of ladies.
Do you have mandatory meetings and volunteering?
No. We keep our dues low which keeps our club open and inviting. We all have busy lives and the last thing we need is more. You may join, then pick and choose what you want to attend or be involved in, and that can change over time. Most ladies have found that the best relationships are formed when we do things together, so we have never had to make getting together mandatory! With low annual dues, interesting programs, great friendships, and opportunities to help others as your time and desire dictates, our doors are wide open.
When and where do you meet?
We have two monthly gatherings: the Daytime luncheon meeting and the Evening meeting. You are welcome to attend one or both meetings each month.
Daytime Luncheon Meeting
Evening Meeting
Keep in mind that you can attend two meetings, either the day or evening meetings, before joining our club. We want you to have a chance to see if we are what you are looking for before you join... and we hope you'll join!
